Chad Franklin's Legend Auto Group Supports Newhouse's Mission Against Domestic Violence
Kansas City, MO (PRWEB) May 20, 2008 -- Chad Franklin's Legend Automotive Group will be participating in two summer charity benefits to help raise awareness and support for Newhouse, a Kansas City battered women's shelter. On June 4, 2008, Legend Auto's two dealerships, Legend Suzuki and Legend Auto of KC will serve as Newhouse donation drop-off points during Randy Miller's 6-hour Radiothon benefit. Then on July 19, 2008, Legend Auto Group is sponsoring "An Evening with Randy Miller" charity benefit at the Uptown Theater.
Listeners of the June 4th Radiothon will be encouraged to stop by Legend Suzuki (6801 State Ave. - KCK) or Legend Auto (2520 Burlington Ave - NKC) to donate items needed by the Newhouse shelter. Supplies needed by the shelter include: cash donations, cell phones, bath towels & washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, twin sheets, blankets, pillow cases, family-sized shampoo & conditioner, hair supplies, first aid items, children's socks & underwear, hand sanitizer and vacuums.
